During our recent visit to Baja, my wife and I stopped for breakfast near the green fence with the orange background — the same spot you’ll see in the first few photos below. The small local restaurant had that warm, welcoming feel that makes Baja so special. I ordered a ham and eggs sandwich for just $3, and my wife had scrambled eggs Mexican style, loaded with fresh veggies, served with hashbrowns, beans, and tortillas on the side for $6. She paired her meal with a refreshing margarita, while I enjoyed a cold Diet Coke. It was a simple, delicious meal that reminded us why we love Baja — great food, great people, and an unbeatable atmosphere.
After breakfast, we strolled around the charming streets, soaking in the colorful sights and friendly vibes that make Baja so inviting. Later that evening, we celebrated my wife’s birthday with a delicious local cake, adding a sweet finish to our day. Life here feels relaxed, fun, and full of simple joys — from exploring the streets to celebrating special moments, Baja makes every day feel special and carefree.
